Important Shipping information, terms and conditions.We will endeavour to get your order sent out within 72 working hours (Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays). Boilies will be sent on an overnight courier service. If ordered on their own, small items such as pots of pop-ups, wafters, hard hookbaits, Pro Amino, oils and hookbait dips will be sent by Royal Mail second class.
Freezer bait boilies
These are sent out frozen late evenings where possible and sent out on an overnight courier, ensuring maximum freshness. They should be put back in the freezer as soon as you receive them. When we are busy some boilies may be sent fresh rolled but not frozen. Deliveries leave us on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. It is VERY important to leave your telephone number when ordering, so we can call you should there be any misunderstanding regarding your order. Please feel free to phone us for a delivery update at any time. If the boilies are urgently required it might be worth contacting us via email or telephone to see if we can get them sent out at short notice. This will depend on how busy we are at the time with the rolling schedule, but we promise that we will try our best to help you where we can. Freezer bait deliveries will need to be signed for so it is very important someone is at home to take delivery. Alternatively the goods can be left in a safe place by the courier if instructed by yourself in the delivery notes at point of making your online payment (Example: leave in Porch, leave next door, leave in garage, leave around the back of the house, leave in the shed). Proper Carp Baits cannot accept any responsibility for any 'freshness' issues if no one is available to sign for the goods. The recipient must accept full responsibility for the goods if you choose this option. You can always have the goods delivered to an alternative address such as work, friends, family, neighbour.
Delivery to UK mainland
European and Non-UK mainland delivery charges are included in prices. We provide a very efficient courier service to most European destinations. Please email us for a quote at email@example.com. We are unable to send our freezer bait range to non UK destinations, however, many overseas customers use our ESL (extended shelf life) boilies with fantastic results. These can be put into your freezer on arrival and treated in exactly the same way as our freezer bait range.
If not entirely satisfied, all goods (other than perishable items) can be returned to Proper Carp Baits within 14 days of receipt, providing the products have not been opened and all packaging is sealed and in the same condition as when sent out. Perishable items such as fresh/frozen boilies cannot be returned or refunded unless wrongly supplied or if they were not delivered within 48 hours of leaving Proper Carp Baits. All returning postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer except if goods are faulty or wrongly supplied.Returned postage charges are only refundable where the goods are faulty or wrongly supplied. If returning goods, it is the buyer's responsibility to track and insure them.
Any refund due will be credited to the original card (or original payment method) within 5 working days of us receiving the goods.If returned goods are lost in the post, you must agree to our reasonable requirements for tracking the delivery (such as showing us the proof of posting) before we can give you a refund.
All items that leave Proper Carp Baits will be securely packed and in good order. We employ a third party courier to ship the items to you. If the parcel(s) arrives showing external damage, it is the buyer's responsibility to sign for the goods as 'damaged'.
Goods not received
If you request your goods to be left in a safe place, this must be done so at the buyer's risk and Proper Carp Baits take no responsibility unless a recipient's signature is received.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The handling and collection of any personal information is processed in accordance with law and is not sold to third parties. We will not give or sell your details to any other party for any reason unless you specifically ask us to do so. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address and credit/debit card details (for phone and mail orders). The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by telephoning, writing or emailing us. If you find any inaccuracy we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. Proper Carp Baits will use only the methods supplied by you for communication with you (e.g. telephone, mail address and/or email address). We will not contact you for any reason other than to process your order accurately or resolve any order related problems or service issues.
A product update 'newsletter' facility may be subscribed to via the web site. If you subscribe to this service you may unsubscribe at any time.
